The staff here are super friendly and always willing to help out. 🌟 the location is absolutely beautiful and fantastic, plus you don't have to worry about parking because it's available onsite. the area around here is pretty nice too, especially being close to the famed Playa Delfines and the ocean.

The beach swimming pool with a bar was a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff, especially Gerardo at the Barca restaurant, Luis for pool bike activities, and Fernanda of the entertaining group, provided excellent service and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The pool entertainment with games and music added to the fun atmosphere. The bar tenders were quick and efficient in serving drinks.

During my xmas vacation, I enjoyed the fact that the hotel had low occupancy, which allowed me to have the pool all to myself at night. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food at most places was delicious. it was great to have an option for a late checkout, even though it was charged.

The drinks offered, especially on the beach, were not up to the mark. I also found the service on the beach to be inconsistent and achieving reliable shade was a challenge.

The food at the restaurants is impressive and the pool area offers breathtaking views. the room is clean, and the bathroom is well-maintained. The staff offers excellent customer service, and the breakfast is tasty and varied. the view of the beach is spectacular, and the facilities are comfortable and cozy.
